Add chicken livers, mix well.&lt;br /&gt;Knead on floured work surface for 3 to 5 minutes.  Roll to 1/2" thickness.  Cut in desired shapes.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 15 minutes until nicely browned. Cover and blend until mixture resembles corn meal.  With processor on, add water slowly until mixture forms a ball.&lt;br /&gt;Roll out dough to 1/2" thickness.  Cut with cookie cutter to desired shapes.  Transfer to &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;ungreased&lt;/span&gt; cookie sheet.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bottom of cookies are lightly browned.  Transfer to wire rack to cool.
