Fluffie's Morsels (Meow)!

1 can of sardines packed in olive oil
1 cup of whole grain bread crumbs
1 egg beaten well
1/2 teaspoon of brewer's yeast

Pour sardine's in a medium bowl.
Mash well with fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop 1/4 teaspoon drops of mixture onto a well greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 7 minutes.

Store treats in an airtight container.

Rover's Favorite Oatmeal (Woof)!

2 envelopes of instant oatmeal
1 egg yolk
2 cups of grated carrot
1 pound of raw ground chicken

Make oatmeal in a large bowl following package instructions.
Whisk egg yolk for 1 minute, add to oatmeal.
Add carrots and raw chicken. Mix well.

Wonderful breakfast treat :0)

Kitty Omelet (Meow)!

2 eggs
1 tablespoon of milk
3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of finely chopped alfalfa sprouts

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet. When brown on bottom, flip and brown the other side. Chop in pieces and serve.

Yam Surprise (Woof)!

1 cup of brown rice
1 cup of grated carrots
1/2 cup of peas
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 yam
1 cup of browned ground turkey

Boil rice, carrots, peas and parley according to brown rice package.
Cook yam in boiling water until fork tender. Peel and mash.
Combine rice, yam, and browned ground turkey. Serve warm.

Liver Yum (meow)!

2/3 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of biscuit mix
4 chicken livers, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons of corn oil
pinch of salt

combine all ingredients, mix well
Place in airtight container, store in refrigerator

Liver Cookie (Woof)!

2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of cornmeal
1 large beaten egg
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 teaspoons of dried parsley
1 cup of chopped chicken livers (cooked)
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 cup of canned mixed vegetables (mashed)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine flour and corn meal
In a separate bowl, beat egg with oil, add broth and parsley, mix well.
Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mix well. Add chicken livers, mix well.
Knead on floured work surface for 3 to 5 minutes. Roll to 1/2" thickness. Cut in desired shapes.
Bake for 15 minutes until nicely browned. Cool on wired rack. Store in refrigerator.

Chick-N-Biscuits (Meow)!

1-1/2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1/3 cup of cornmeal
1 tablespoon of soft margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine chicken, broth and margarine and blend well.
Add flour and cornmeal.
Knead into ball and break of small pieces. Bake until golden brown. Approximately 20 minutes (times will vary with thickness of pieces)

Peanut Butter Yum (Woof)!

2-1/4 cups of whole wheat flour
3/4 cup of all purpose flour
1-1/4 tablespoon of baking powder
1-1/4 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
Combine milk and peanut butter in a separate bowl and mix until smooth.
Gradually stir peanut butter mixture into flour in the larger bowl.
Knead dough by hand and roll out on floured surface to desired thickness. Cut out treats to desired shape.
Place foil on a cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Cool before storing.

Cheesy Treats (Meow)!

3/4 cup of white flour
3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of plain yogurt
1/4 cup of cornmeal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cheeses and yogurt. Add flour and cornmeal. Knead dough into a ball and roll to 1/4 " thick. Cut into 1" sized pieces and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.

Cheesy Bones (Woof)!

2 cups of unsifted all-purpose flour
1-1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped
1/2 vegetable oil
4-1/2 tablespoons of water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine flour, cheese, garlic and vegetable oil in food processor. Cover and blend until mixture resembles corn meal. With processor on, add water slowly until mixture forms a ball.
Roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut with cookie cutter to desired shapes. Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bottom of cookies are lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
